What payment methods do you accept on aftershokz.com?
We accept US credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Can I place an order outside the United States and Canada?
Due to our agreements with global distributors, we are unable to process and fulfill orders placed outside the United States and Canada. To learn more about retailers in your region, please contact our Customer Happiness Team.
I want to order headphones in bulk.

Why didn’t my coupon code work?
Please verify that you’re entering the coupon code correctly, that you’ve met the purchase requirements, that the coupon code hasn’t expired, and that you’re hitting “Apply.” You will see the discount reflected in your total prior to submitting your order. We cannot guarantee codes found on coupon sites are valid.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to the speed at which orders are sent to our distribution center to be fulfilled, we cannot cancel or edit orders once they've been placed. Learn about our return process here.
Why was my order cancelled?
AfterShokz reserves the right to cancel customer orders if the order is unable to be fulfilled. Reasons an order cannot be fulfilled may include: incomplete shipping address; foreign billing, shipping, or IP address; declined credit card, out of stock item, or a flag by our fraud protection system.
Do you ship internationally?
Our aftershokz.com online store only ships to the United States and Canada but we have distributors that make our products available all around the world! To learn more about retailers in your region, please contact our Customer Happiness Team.
How long will it take for my order to process and ship?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We usually ship FedEx Smart Post and USPS Priority Mail. Please allow additional time for processing during major sales and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way to you.
How will my headphones ship?
Most orders ship FedEx Smart Post or USPS Priority.
How long will it take to receive my headphones?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once in the mail, you should receive your order within 4-7 business days. Please note that shipping times may take longer through the holiday season due to increased volume and Covid-19.
Can I choose a different shipping method?
Not at this time. Our system will choose the most efficient shipping service to get your headphones to you!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to US and Canadian destinations. We do not ship internationally.
Why is the tracking number for my warranty replacement not recognized by USPS?
We understand that the tracking information you received is not recognized in the USPS tracking system and we’d be happy to clarify! We've been making some changes to our warranty process, one of these changes has been to update the shipping methods for warranty replacements.
While the tracking number you were provided is correct, the link to your tracking information was not. Your replacement headphones will be shipped out via FedEx, rather than USPS. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
My tracking number says my headphones were delivered but I don’t have them. What do I do?
Please confirm the shipping address on your order. Check all doors, mailboxes, and desk attendants. If you continue to be unable to locate your package after 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification, please contact our Customer Happiness Team.
