This article covers the following topics:
How do I register my headphones for warranty?
To register your headphones for warranty, complete the online product registration form. You’ll need your serial number (located on the bottom of the headphone box or on the warranty claim card) and your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
If your product was a gift, or if you don't have either item, select the “proof of purchase not available” option. Once you complete the registration form, you’ll receive a registration code. Keep this code in a safe place in case you ever need to file a warranty claim.
How do I charge my headphones?
You can charge your headphones by inserting them into the USB charging cradle. Please ensure the charger (not included) does not exceed 1 amp or 5 volts. We do not recommend "fast chargers" such as Android or tablet chargers. The LED on the headphones will turn from red to blue when charging is complete. You can also check battery status by powering on your headphones and clicking volume+ or volume-. Audrey will say “Battery High,” “Battery Medium,” “Battery Low” or “Charge Me.”
Please allow ample time to air-dry your headphones prior to charging if they’ve collected moisture from water, rain or sweat. Charging the headphones while moisture still exists can cause damage to the headphones.

Xtrainerz takes less than 2 hours to charge from 0 to 100 percent. They arrive out of the box at approximately 50 percent charged.
