How do I register my headset for warranty?
Please follow the steps below to register your headset:

Create an account here by simply clicking the "Signup" button in the top right-hand corner.

Once you've created your account, click "Register your products" to complete the registration.
If your product was a gift, use the date you received them as your purchase date.
You can charge your headphones with a USB-C charger. Please ensure the adapter (not included) does not exceed 1 amp or 5 volts. We do not recommend "fast chargers" such as Android or tablet chargers.
The LED on the headset will turn from red to blue when charging is complete. You can also check battery status by powering on your headphones and clicking volume+ or volume-. Audrey will say “Battery High,” “Battery Medium,” “Battery Low” or “Charge Me.”
Please allow ample time to air-dry your headset prior to charging if they’ve collected moisture from rain or sweat. Charging the headphones while moisture still exists can cause damage to the headphones.
How long does it take to charge my headset?
OpenComm takes one hour to charge from 0 to 100 percent. They arrive out of the box at approximately 50 percent charged.
Press and hold the volume+ button for two seconds. You will hear Audrey say "Welcome to AfterShokz" and the LED light will flash blue once.
Start with your headphones powered off. Press and hold the volume+ button for 3-5 seconds. Audrey says “Welcome to AfterShokz.” Continue holding the volume+ button for an additional 2-3 seconds. The LED will flash red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
How do I pair using Near Field Communication (NFC)?
- Hold the Volume+ button until the headphones flash red and blue to indicate pairing mode.
- Position the NFC sign area on the left arm of the headset close to the NFC detection area on the device you are connecting to.
- The blue LED will flash once and OpenComm says "connected" when the headset has paired successfully. You may have to confirm the connection on the device you are connecting to as well.
How do I connect my OpenComm to Windows 10 PC?
*Make sure your Windows 10 PC supports Bluetooth, after doing this you’ll need to turn on your Bluetooth in your settings.
To turn on Bluetooth: In Settings —> Select Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, and turn on Bluetooth.
To pair your AfterShokz to your Windows 10 PC:
- Start with your headphones powered off. Hold the volume(+) button for 5-7 seconds until the LED light flashes red and blue to indicate that the headphones are in pairing mode.On your PC, select Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth. Choose Aftershokz and follow additional instructions if they appear, then select Done.
Your Aftershokz and PC will usually automatically connect anytime the two devices are powered on and within Bluetooth range.
